Celebrity Smasher KAT STACKS has made many accusations about sleeping with many celebrity men. Her new "victim" NELLY?? KAT STACKS says that she smashed NELLY and even brought a friend along. NELLY denies ever being in-between KAT STACKS but when questioned about the friend NELLY really didn't give an answer.
