Its seems that LINDSEY LOHAN has got herself into a little situation. LINDSEY has not successfully completed her alcohol education classes as instructed by the courts. The courts instructions were that LINDSEY show up to a class every 7 days, once a week. The alcohol instructor advised the court that LINDSEY has not been attending classes, and has not attended a class in 21 days.
LINDSEY will have to show in court next month for her probation violation and there considering jail

Police just release that Rapper NELLY'S body guard, MICHAEL JOHNSON, 36 was gunned down in front of his home Wednesday night around midnight. No arrest have been made at this time of the shooting.
