Arraignment notes:

LT is being charged with statutory rape and patronized a prostitute

Police say that the Pimp brought victim of 16 years old to LT hotel room , LT reportedly paid $300 dollars to have sex with her.

Prosecution attempted to get bail set at $100,000 but JT lawyer stated, " the room is filled with media, he is not going any where. JT is every where. The amount of skipping out on the bail is higher then being charged."

"He lives with his wife and 3 kids and has been sober for 12 years."

Prosecution requested 1 month for investigation, and it was granted

Judge posted $75,000 bail

JT left in handcuffs
